Marwell Wildlife interns

Last year, for the first time ever, Marwell had 2 students working with them. They were so impressed that they are looking for 2 more. These will be one day a week positions. This is not work experience and you will not be able to collect data towards a project, instead you will be assisting with various tasks such as cataloguing camera trap data. If you are interested please send me your CV and a covering letter by 9am on Monday 15thOctober. There is information on writing CVs and covering letters on the Career Destinations webpagehttp://www.southampton.ac.uk/careers/employability/successfulapps/yourcv.html, please do use these to help you. You should also consider how you would get to the park.

Biodiversity Management Team Interns will assist Marwell’s Conservation Scientists with:

*             Updating the database of observed species for the woodlands around Marwell and Eelmoor Marsh (SSSI)

*             Coordination of research projects proposed by students and researchers external to Marwell’s scientific team.

*             Construction of a new dataset for research on reintroduction attempts.
