2nd years – the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust’s sandwich placements are now open for applications. Several of you have previously as me about these placements. There are 9 placement opportunities in 6 departments:
Geographical Information Science (GIS) and Predation Research (2 placements)
Farmland Ecology Unit (FEU) (2 placements)
Lowland Game & Wildlife Research (LGR) (1 placement)
Upland Research Unit, Drumochter, Inverness-shire; North Pennines: Langholm (3 placements in total, one at each location)
Wetland Research (1 placement)

Michael Hockey, now 3rd year Natural Sciences, was successful in gaining a sandwich placement which he undertook last year. I am sure he would also be willing to answer any questions you have about the placements.
