From Chris Jackson (thank you, Chris) – Interested in beekeeping?
Sam Higman (VP welfare Students’ Union), is thinking of setting up some beehives on campus and initiating a beekeeping group. I have said I will support this and provide some basic beekeeping training sessions using some of our research hives. If you are interested in joining, please contact Sam (through SUSU’s website, or I can pass on her email address). She will be particularly interested in people living locally and who are around during University vacation periods to help look after the hives.
